Show System (ACSS) 2010

The revised ALPACA CANADA Show System is ready for use in 2010 alpaca shows.

The show system is concise and user-friendly. It consists of the 2010 Alpaca Show Rules, a summary of the responsibilities of the various positions and all required Show Forms which will be sent to organizing committees upon receipt of the “Permission to Host” application form.

The Office of Alpaca Canada will announce each sanctioned show to the membership via email, and later send a follow-up email advising of entry deadline dates.

Show results for all sanctioned shows will be posted on the AC website.

2010 Rules & Guidelines

• Important Notice •

Percentage purebred entries must be identified with ‘BP’ in all show
programs and show results. The following footnote must be included.

Alpacas identified with 'BP’ are registered with CLAA under the Breed-up Program.

In group halter classes, any '0% recorded' sire or dam
must be noted as such in show programs and show results.

These distinctions are important for the membership.
